Come for a free consultation, no commitment necessary. We will do a movement screen and talk about your goals, your obstacles, and what we can do about it.
Single sessions can be a great way to brush up on some technique, get some questions answered, or just test the waters and see if my programming is for you.
Choosing a package of four to eight weeks will allow me to build you a custom program to help you get where you want to be.
With fitness coaching, you can choose between one or two in-person sessions per week. This is accompanied by full access to my interactive coaching app with daily at-home workouts. We will also look at other factors such as sleep and nutrition, and prescribe simple and effective interventions to get you on the right track and help you meet your goals.
Small group sessions are a great way to train in a fun, social setting. with two sessions per week in groups of 2 to 4, you will get plenty of one-on-one advice and direction and the classes will be catered to the needs of those present.
