small group sessions
In Small Group Sessions, you will get two 1-hour full-body workouts a week. With group sizes of 2 to 4 people, you will get plenty of personal instruction in a fun, social setting. Come and learn the benefits and techniques of resistance training that will improve your functionality, body awareness and strength for lasting results and a long and healthy life.
The introductory rate is $125 per month, for 8+ workouts. I am currently offering group training sessions weekday mornings, from 9:30 to 10:30. If you have a group of 2 to 4 people, I can work with you to find times that work.
